For existing products and legacy systems.
Outcome
Current-state assessment, AI opportunities, target architecture, modernization roadmap and defined work packages.
For new products or major product extensions.
Outcome
Product and technical scope, architecture, delivery roadmap and implementation plan.
For a clearly separable implementation requirement.
Outcome
Agreed scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria; implementation, tests, deployment and documentation.
For companies needing senior technology leadership without hiring a full-time CTO.
Outcome
Technology and AI strategy, architecture decisions, engineering guidance and transformation leadership.
For founders and product teams building a new platform or taking an MVP into production. Design the product, architecture and operating model together.
Translate the product opportunity into an architecture, a delivery backlog and a working product. Integrate AI where it creates value, with clear boundaries for tools, data access and human decisions.
Typical handover Working software, source code, deployment configuration, acceptance evidence and operating documentation.
Transform existing software into future-ready, AI-enabled and agentic products. Cloud migration is one part of the journey. The real goal is a product that can evolve.
Map dependencies, reshape legacy architecture and create stable APIs and integration boundaries.
Modernize infrastructure, identity and delivery. Connect isolated data through an interoperable, AI-ready data layer.
Replace repetitive steps with automation and add AI-assisted features with measurable evaluation criteria.
Introduce agents for bounded workflows, with permissions, observability, human approval and recovery paths.
An example of the transformation path, not a customer case or a guaranteed result. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for each product.
Modernization should restore or strengthen your product’s future competitiveness: unlock new capabilities, reduce manual work and make the next product change easier. Replacing old technology is a means to that end.
System inventory · risk and dependency map · target architecture · phased migration plan · scoped implementation estimate.
Senior technology leadership for teams that need direction, architectural clarity or a partner to connect strategy with delivery.
Recurring leadership, architecture decisions, delivery oversight and a practical technology roadmap.
Prioritize product investments, assess AI opportunities and decide what to build, modernize or retire.
Introduce AI-assisted development with repository context, review practices, testing and CI/CD quality gates.
Assess architecture and technical risk. Define AI ownership, data boundaries, evaluations and operational controls.
Typical handover A prioritized roadmap, documented decisions, risk assessment and an execution plan your team can use.
Consulting creates a route into implementation. RottAgentiX can turn architecture decisions into defined work packages and deliver them against agreed milestones.
A strong specialization in clinical technology, alongside software delivery across other industries.
Clinical systems bring together data integrity, interoperability and demanding operational workflows. We bring this context into architecture, migration and AI implementation from the start.
Protocol development and evidence synthesis. Study definitions and CDISC data standards. Agent-enabled EDC, TMF/document knowledge and Trial Safety workflows. Statistical analysis planning, execution and reporting.
The shared architecture supports these domains through reusable agents, governed tool access and versioned clinical artifacts. GCP and GDPR requirements inform the design, including audit trails, electronic approval records, tenant isolation, EU-hosted infrastructure and controlled data flows.
Validation scope, quality responsibilities and acceptance evidence are agreed with your quality and regulatory teams for each engagement.
Codex, Claude and Copilot support implementation, investigation and test creation. Human architecture, review and acceptance guide the work.
Automated testing, CI/CD, security checks and governance are part of delivery. Tool use follows agreed confidentiality, data-handling and access boundaries.
Understand the product, risks and intended outcome.
Agree scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and ownership.
Build in reviewable increments, test and demonstrate progress.
Transfer software and knowledge, then plan the next step.
Have a Java, AWS, AI or architecture requirement? Where the scope can be separated, RottAgentiX can structure it as an owned work package with agreed deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
Bounded scope with concrete deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Phased investment tied to demonstrable product progress.
A defined price once scope, dependencies and risks are understood.
Ongoing leadership with an agreed cadence and decision scope.
For selected startups, RottAgentiX can combine paid delivery or fractional CTO leadership with equity participation.
We look for a credible team, a meaningful product opportunity and a technical contribution that can change the trajectory. Scope, valuation, vesting and responsibilities are negotiated case by case.
Cash + equity and fractional CTO + equity are partnership options. Paid work packages and retainers remain the foundation of our business.
Discuss a venture partnershipRottAgentiX is founder-led. Peter Rottmann leads architecture and delivery, keeping senior technical responsibility close to every engagement.
RottAgentiX brings together technology leadership, software architecture and hands-on product engineering. Peter's background spans CTO and CEO roles, entrepreneurship and clinical technology.
Peter is Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer (CAIO) at AimedTrials, combining entrepreneurial responsibility with hands-on AI leadership in clinical technology.
Previously, as CTO and Co-Founder of Exom Group, Peter helped digitalize clinical trials. At AimedTrials, as Co-Founder and CAIO, he continues that journey with agentic AI — bringing experience from clinical digitalization into a new generation of intelligent trial systems.
As Co-Founder and CAIO at AimedTrials, Peter brings experience in a complete clinical-trial platform architecture and reusable agentic framework. The architecture connects protocol development, clinical data standards, EDC, TMF and Trial Safety with statistical analysis through a shared agent mesh.
A common framework and SDK bring agent orchestration, human review, quality gates, traceable evidence and versioned artifacts into the clinical workflow.
This describes platform architecture and framework experience. It does not imply that every capability is deployed in production or independently certified.
Architecture and implementation stay connected. You work directly with senior leadership, with delivery structured around agreed outcomes.
